Eleven Aspects of YOUR Holistic Health
through a racial equity lens!
Shaundra's Commitment as Your Accountability Partner
I promise to be there for you, because I know from personal experience that the path toward healing cannot be walked alone.
In 2013, like many Black American women, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I gained 75 pounds. I felt hopeless, overwhelmed, and adrift in a medical system that was not built for me, and that told me I would have to take injections for the rest of my life.
Through that journey, I found something different, something that works, and I want nothing more than to share it with you. I promise to bring compassion, caring, and understanding to our partnership. Through my unique expertise as a certified Holistic Health Coach, racial equity consultant, educator, and social justice advocate, we will look together - and holistically - at all the factors that affect your health and wellness. From spirituality to relationships to nutrition to finances and more – we will come up with a plan that works for YOU, your life, your schedule, your joy. And I will hold you to it.

The Meaning of Pink & Green
Shaundra is an alumna of the University of California-Santa Barbara, where she was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha in 1993, the first Black sorority and part of the “Divine Nine” of BGLOs (Black Greek Letter Organizations). AKA’s colors are salmon pink and apple green; not only are these two of Mother Nature’s most delicious and healthy foods, but for Shaundra they represent the deeply spiritual commitment she made to AKA for lifelong community service and social change—a pledge that she strives to embody through her coaching practice. Shaundra’s distinguished sorority sisters include Kamala Harris, Rosa Parks, Coretta Scott King, Dr. Maya Angelou, Sonia Sanchez, Sunny Hostin, Star Jones, and many, many more!
